- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, custom-made products, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return (unless defective).
2. How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Obtain Return Information: We will provide you with a return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it back to the provided address.
- Ship the Item: Additionally, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to securely package and send the item to the provided return address. We also suggest retaining proof of shipment for your records.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
